How should I pay a 14 year old to babysit my 9 year old son for one evening?

Depends on how long the 14 year old is watching your child. As a babysitting 15 year old I get 40 bucks for watching 3 children ( my nieces ) ages 4,2, and 8 months old. A reasonable amount, I would say is 30 dollars.
