It's the Word TRUST spelled with a 'V' because the Latin alphabet does not have a 'U' in it. It's just the way the coin was designed. All Peace dollars have this spelling and so do Standing Liberty Quarters. The 1922 Peace dollar is the most common and available coin of the series. Circulated coins only have values of $30.00-$37.00 depending on the grade.
