What does the phrase mean to share the wealth?

To give up what you have worked hard for in your entire life and give to those who refuse to work because our government is giving them money not to work, they can actually make more by staying home and doing nothing. they are spending this money on booze, cigarette's, and excessive amounts of lobster. By making these kind of laws the real goal is achived, to secure the votes of these people which gives those in government POWER, this is the real goal.

Giving to the poor and needy is a good thing. But about 70% of those on welfare dont

need help, they just refuse to work.
