I weighed 152 pouunds 3 weeks ago and had somewhat of a gut. I went on the South Beach diet, and lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks. All of the weight I lost was in the abdominal area. You really do lose belly fat first, and fast! I am still on it, and am exercising now, the weight is really coming off, and it is a very safe diet.
