What does beautiful tyrant in romeo and Juliet?

"Beautiful tyrant" is one of a series of oxymoronic descriptions of Romeo given by Juliet in Act 3 Scene 2 when she has just learned that he killed Tybalt. She's mad at him but still loves him, hence the oxymorons.
