Torque settings Toyota 3y inlet and exhaust manifolds?

Toyota hiace 82 models such as YH71 (mine) use 3Y engines as do the 4-runner, corolla and hilux.

You may find some information in the manuals for these vehicles.

As far as I know, there islittle difference in the settings for the 2Y 3Y 4Y and R1Z engines, but don't hold me to that I'm still an amateur.
