Windows Movie Maker files are converted to Standard formats (such as: asf, .avi, dvr-ms, .m1v, .mp2, .mp2v, .mpe, .mpeg, .mpg, .mpv2, .wm, and .wmv) during the Publishing/Finishing process.
This process "mixes-down" audio/video properties, converting them from .MSWMM format to selected Standard types.
