What is the fear of which Ralph speaks in chapter 5 of Lord of the Flies?

this is a hard question to answer, he does not really pay much attention to them other that when he gets angry at them for not helping with the fire and when he says a shelter is necessary to keep warm, to stay out of the rain, and to provide a caring/loving/warm home for the scared littluns.
