Well firstly you have tointroduce yourself

talk about ur self say the bad and the good don't lie giggle, go shy or have your paper in front of ur face

be funny

then you have to speak about how you love your house at school [not the house you live in]

then on how you would improve your house and name what you would prefer to call your house and so on

just talk like that and finally why you want to be house captain be honest and last but not least "hope you liked my speech"
