How do you contact Wells Fargo National Pay By Phone?

I believe they handle many different creditors (your credit cards and bills). I think they are the guys that may charge you a nominal fee to take your payment over the phone (or possibly internet?) so you can pay your bill quickly(same day) or when the creditor web site does not allow payments.
