How long after you take azithromycin can you drink wine?

My drug book said nothing about wine and this drug having any adverse reactions when taken together, although it is never recommended to drink with any meds. Twenty four to thirty six hours after completing the course of amoxicillin should be long enough to have some wine. But you should ask your pharmacist just to be sure.
