Where was the first FBLA State Chapter located?

The first Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) state chapter was established in Virginia. This pioneering chapter was founded in 1947 at the local level and later became part of the national organization, which was formed in 1940. Virginia’s initiative laid the groundwork for the establishment of additional chapters across the United States.
