What are raccoon dens made of?

In vast woods a den would probly be a burrow. Made by a fox that has left. The would collect moss and sticks to create a kind of barrier form pretators. Now in a city theyd probly try attics, basments, abandend buildings, and evrey ocne and a while move into the house.
