Is 4 feet 8 inches tall in seventh grade at 12 years old too short?

I was only about 4 feet when I graduated from High School. My "growth spurt" did not come until I was just over 20 years old while I was in college and at age 22 I was still less than 5 feet tall. When I stopped growing I reached 5 feet 3 inches, which is quite normal.
