Around 2200 calories, depending on height or weight. Around 2500 calories There are a lot of different factors that go into how many calories a person needs, such as activity level, current height, and weight. Lets say you are 15 years old 5'5" and 170 lbs your BMI would be 28.3 which according to the National Heart, Lung and Blood institute is overweight (A BMI of 25-29.9 is overweight). So you may want to decrease your caloric intake to lose some of the excess weight. However lets say you are 5'5" and 140 lbs, your BMI would be 23.3 which is in the healthy range (18.5-24.9). SO you may want to keep your weight right where it is, that doesn't necessarily mean you should continue eating the way you are though. In order to find how many calories you need, you need to know your basal metabolic rate (BMR). You can find this by multiplying your current weight by 10. Again this doesn't take in to account your activity level. But assuming you weigh 140 lbs you would have a BMR of 1400 calories.
