This (above) was by a previous poster. "This is from the department of justice." - particularly without a citation URL - is a classic urban legend tag. If the DOJ had actions against Healthcare Alliance, google would be full of it. It's not.

It's just a discount card for uninsured, cash payers. Many times the pharmacy can offer you a better price straight up. If you're insured, likely your plan will have you paying less than you'd receive with this card, and it doesn't affect co-pays.
