The mix ratiOS vary:

Hand trigger sprayers
general weeds/grass: 4 tsp in 24 oz of water.
hard to control weeds: 2 Tbs and 1 tsp in 24 oz of water.

Tank sprayer
general weeds/grass: 3-1/2 oz (7 Tbs) in 1 gal of water.
hard to control weeds: 6-1/2 oz (13 Tbs) in 1 gal of water.
