What activities you have initiated activity in effort to encourage and teamwork the office?

To foster teamwork in the office, I initiated regular team-building activities such as collaborative brainstorming sessions and problem-solving workshops. I also organized monthly social events, like team lunches and game days, to strengthen interpersonal relationships. Additionally, I implemented a peer recognition program, encouraging team members to acknowledge each other's contributions, which has significantly boosted morale and collaboration.
