How do you replace the tail light bulb drivers side brake and signal on a Saturn Outlook 2007 Xe?

Lift the tailgate. Find the slots in the 2 bolt covers and lift them. Use a #7 socket and remove the 2 bolts. Gently wiggle & pull the whole lens cover straight back (it's being held by a rubber arrow-like stopper in front. Twist the bulb casing to open; remove the bulb with its base, being held by 2 metal prongs. Insert new 3157 LL (Sylvania long life: $5.99 pr.)
