Why does my cod 5 on PC say Error during initialization Video card or driver doesn't support alpha blending when i try to load it?

i dunno it happens when i go to play it aswell some guy said it was because you have xfire downloaded and it can interfere with some games but i dont have xfire and it says that and he also said your video card is too old but mine is only 1 month old lol so i cant help you there.
