When a guy tells a girl you don't need to change your appearance cause if you do then i wont tlk to you what do you do?

Well just know that the guy is trying to say he likes the girl now and she shouldn't need to change. Even if shes not changing for him he could think shes changing for others and if that's the case then he's most likely saying that she doesn't need to change for others an be herself. If its where she truthfuly is doing that for herself and doest care what others think and is doing this because SHE likes how it looks then she should explain that to him. But only if it's something like clothing style or makeup, if it's cosmetic sergery and she thinks it will make her look "better" then personally I agree with the guy. If thats the case hes saying it cuz he really cares. And the girl should under stand that he's a great friend (might even have a crush on her)
