Is there a biblical meaning for not wearing an ankle bracelet?

The only place I'm aware of that they're referenced is in Isaiah 3:18, which doesn't really say anything about them other than including them in a list of "finery" that the Lord will "take away" from the "daughters of Zion." (Other things listed include pendants, bracelets, and veils).
