How do you dispose of old paint?

Do not put it in with your regular garbage since that goes to a landfill. The less toxic matter there, the better. Most places have a collection area for items, like old paint and solvents, that you can deliver to. Check with your local city or county. In our town, volunteers run a First Saturday at the City annex where you can drop off hazardous items, including Computer Monitors.
