Is it legal to buy sell or trade shark fins in the state of tennassee?

It is illeagal to sell shark fins in the state of Tennessee . The law was made in 2010 even though we don't usually have alot food with shark fins in it the state wanted to be sure to indicate that it is wrong to sell,buy,or trade shark fins.
