How do you winterize 115 horsepower 4 stroke EFI mercury outboard?

Fill the boats gas tank to the brim,add the correct amount of Sta-bil to the gas tank,empty lower unit oil and re-fill with new,Drain oil out of engine block and re-fill,thats it.Run it for 15 minutes with proper water hook up.You dont have to fog nothing ,in my case if the boat sits for 4 months its alot.
