How can caseys legally make cashiers pay for bad checks that the cash registers passed as ok?

they can't. First of all the bad check goes to a collection agency

and the collection agency must go after the person that wrote the

check. If the store tries to make the cashier pay for it then I

would contact the Department of Labor, and a Lawyer.
