Helen is a name. In Spain, you spell it "Helen". In Turkestan, "Helen". Same as every other nation.

Those nations may use different letters to represent the sounds in your name. But your name is on your ID, and it stays the same. When you write checks or sign a credit card receipt, it stays the same.
