On your iPod touch when you try to delete it it wiggles but doesn't have an x?

There are some apps that you cannot delete. All of the apps that you have had at the beginning when you first get the iPod Touch brand new cannot be deleted. This includes Music, Safari, Mail, Maps, and much more.
