How come my apps on the ipod touch won't load?

I never had this happen but you could TRY restarting your iPod by going into the Settings>general and no media or data would be deleted.Or "Restore"Every apps would be still there and your music.You just need to back your device up...or creating a new

account and try again ,hope this helped
