Wrong! Some times men can be so drunk they may not be able to 'preform' but other times drinking can cause men to loose their control faster. Please note that if your are practicing the 'withdrawal' method of Birth Control, that is where the man pulls out before ejaculating, you still have a very high risk of pregnancy. This is because all men will ejaculate a little before getting off. This can happen very early when they first get aroused. This can still happen when they are drunk as well. Never ever assume that you are safe if you don't use another type of birth control. Men can ejaculate and NOT get off.
