Do writers write their books on paper or computers?

Authors write on anything they can find. Lots of us prefer doing first draft writes on paper in longhand, and some use typewriters. Usually, we will transfer everything over to the computer - that lets us do a second draft while copying! - and then save to a disk. Most publishers now accept email submissions and prefer to receive a disk in addition to, or instead of, a paper manuscript.
