What tax does the provincial government collect?

Income tax... duh... i had to look it up on another site, but duh... how can you not know this? and the even more important question... why are you asking me? i didn't know, that's why i tried askin you, but you din't knw either, so i had to go through the trouble of going to a different website to try to find this out. luckily, this was a simple topic. the next topic i need to know, which you probably don't know either, is what services does the local government provide?!?!?!?!!? maybe i should just go take a look in my textbook...
