Strictly speaking the '12' are called 'apostles' as the Word 'disciple' is used of anyone who follows Jesus whether in the 12 or not.

We are not told the exact number of apostles present at the last supper as there may well have been others along with the 12 (like John Mark, Mary Magdalene, Mary and Martha and Lazarus and others). But if we concentrate on the 12 apostles alone then these would be:

Simon (who is also called Peter)

his brother Andrew

James son of Zebedee,

his brother John

Philip

Bartholomew (also called Nathaniel)

Thomas (called Dydimus - 'the twin')

Matthew (also called Levi)

James son of Alphaeus

Thaddaeus (sometimes called Jude or Judas)

Simon the Zealot

Judas Iscariot
