Foods with lots of fats are high calorie, but many are unhealthy due to cholesterol and/or sodium (e.g. bacon). Exceptions include peanut butter (380 kcal/100 g), Dark Chocolate, and cheese.
Other examples of higher-calorie foods are:
* Nuts (about 300 calories a serving)
* Meats (beef and pork, especially)
* Breads (can be high in caloires)
* Butter, fat, lards
* Sugar
* Desserts (cakes, cookies, ice cream, cup cakes, eclairs, Croissants, ect.)
