How is US governed?

The US government operates firstly by tax revenues to pay for government salaries and government programs. For law making, the US Congress may pass legislation called "bills" and these bills are passed along to the US president for signing into law. Court cases are decided in Federal courts and that goes all the way up to US Supreme Court. In the Executive branch, the various departments carry out the enforcements of the nation;s laws.
