Will a 4age head out of a 87 Toyota fit on a 4afe block in a 95 geo?

Yes it should. Once the water and oil holes on the head line up with the water and oil holes on the block it will work. Some other adjustments will have to be made in terms of timing and wiring but basically it should work.
