How can you save a PC screenshot to a PowerPoint slide?

paste the screenshot into the PowerPoint manually.

many capture modes several output types, u could get ur screenshot

to PowerPoint directly. It has a free trial version, u could try

it. I think it's pretty good…Hope it could help.
