What is this clear liquid coming out of your heifers teats. She is supposed to be 2 months bred.She was also bred 7 months ago but was told by a vet that she was not pregnant. What is it?

Mastitis. Commonly clearish liquid with little white globs come out of an infected quarter, or if she's really bad, in all four quarters. If you do not treat her now, she may not be able to sufficiently feed her calf in however long she's due to calve. If you can't or don't want to treat her, ship her to the salebarn.
