What causes a 1992 Chevy c3500 stalls and runs rough?

Cut the brake line and remove it. drain the gas tank and then test the oil. if the oil is low....fill it and then put vegetable oil in the tank to clean it....remove the vegatale oil and put regular in there. Then put premium gas in the gas tank. You do not eed a brake line for it to run rough.
