What is a good talent agency for teens that has been Successful with well known clients?

I feel that if you are in Toronto Ontario the best agency is NOBLE CAPLAN ABRAMS because they are the people who represent Micheal Seater, Jasmine Richards etc. Micheal is from Life With Derek and is on him way to the Disney Channel Games and Jasmine Richards just finished filming Camp Rock with the Jonas brothers and Demi Lovato

here's a tip, they say contact for representation is better

around the month of November to march since productions run slow
