How do you install a driver's side power seat motor assembly in a 1997 Oldsmobile Aurora?

Replace the seat.

I just Replaced the Motors underneath the Driver's side seat, they are all connected to the rails which your seat moves on, they can also be removed from the seat itself. replace the whole unit with the rails. there are two bolts on the back of the seat holding it down and the front just slides right out of the slits in the floor of the car.
