Can you give a dog milk?

It is often discussed in between dogowners whether or not dog can tolerate milk. Actually there are some dogs who tolerate milk well; while others cannot convert milkproducts. Most dogs which have not had milk since they stopped nursing will grow up to have milk intolerance and will get upset stomach/diarrhoea if they drink milk. Dogs don't need milk as adults, they drink water, but yoghurt can be a nice treat.
