How to write about yourself in French?

With a reflexive verb, it's 'me' For instance, "I call myself Pierre" - Je m'appelle Pierre.

"Je me frappais sur la tete." - I hit myself on the head.

There is also a literal translation: "moi-même." You would use this in a sentence like "I did it myself" = "Je l'ai fait moi-même."
