Yes, they do have hollow bones!! They are the only mammal that can fly.

EDIT (5-10-10) Actually, bats do not have hollow bones like birds. With birds, the bone is actually hollow, allowing air to travel through them. While bats have bones like every other mammal (hollow, but filled with marrow), the bones of bats are extremely small, allowing bats to successfully fly without having completely hollow bones like birds.
