What is the story of the serial pyar ki ek kahani in star one?

Its the desi version of twilight and vampire diaries combined.

The boy Abhay has had a recent girl-friend (maithali) who somehow in the past dies. The famaly moves away and Abhay starts a new collage and tries to mix in with the students. He notices a girl called piya who is the exact image of maithali and stars to fall in love with her. However he does not want to fall in love with her even though in his heart piya and maithali are becoming one. Piya is confused when Anhay wants her to dislike him. He repeats the phrase 'Mujh se nafrat karo piya' to her on many occassions. She starts to like him too but does not realise it at first. She asks him a number of questions but he answers her by saying she asks too many questions. she tries to figure out the story of his past and that is how the story goes.
