Why was hungry hungry hippos invented?

Hungry Hungry Hippo was a scheme of foreign powers to sabotage the new generation of the American youth. It was designed to encourage childhood obesity along with other eating disorders. Along with eating disorders it also encourages over eating which leads to before stated eating disorders.
