How do you make your hair grow like a woman?

I suppose, the best way is just simply to wait for it to grow- because once it's about shoulder length, you won't need to cut it again, and it will look relitivaly like a womans, then you just wait for it to grow a bit more. But, if you don't have that long, there are very few products out there to help hair grow. Like, 'Regaine for men' I hear is a good product for hair growth.
