Name a way you can tell a carton of milk as gone bad?

1. Check expiration date
2. If still not convinced, smell it, it will smell bad (sourish)
3. In a further state it even start to turn green and become chunky

You can also taste it, it will taste sour, but I wouldn't recommend that option if there is any doubt. You can always tell by smell if anything has gone bad.
