This is a common failure on 201 and 123 chassis. Check the hood switch is closing. Check the trunk closes fully. The drivers door lock is often faulty. If it still goes off, disconnect the alarm module...located under the passengers foot well relay cover. New modules are over $500.00.
If you have an alarm that is set buy turning the key to lock the door you need to open the same door you locked to take the alarm off. If you unlock the passanger door, trunk or rear doors after locking the driver side door the alarm will go crazy. To get it to turn off, lock and unlock the door you first locked before the alarm went off.
