Is the government going to mint a 2009 50 dollar gold buffalo coin?

The U.S. Mint on October 6th announced that the tentative release date for the 2009 Gold Buffalo Bullion Coin would be October 15th, and that the tentative release date for the 2009 Gold Buffalo Proof Coin would be October 29th.
